Gareth Evans

Gareth Evans currently serves as the Head of Customer Success for the UK, Ireland, and Nordics at Shift Technology since July 2021, following a role as Customer Success Manager for the same region. Prior to this, Gareth worked at Ageas in the UK from December 2012 to July 2021 as a Consultant in the Counter Fraud Intelligence Team, leading technical efforts and managing a team focused on fraud risk across all business sectors. Gareth's earlier experience includes roles at Groupama Insurance Company Limited from October 2003 to 2012, where duties included fraud investigation across various insurance types, managing exposure to complex fraud rings, and serving as a Technical Claims Handler for personal injury cases. Gareth received education at Godalming College and RGS Guildford.
