Jake Doron

Jake Doron is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and coaching with a robust background in both corporate and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as a Global Talent Acquisition Coach at Shift Technology since 2020, Jake oversees the recruitment life cycle and focuses on tech profiles across multiple regions. As co-founder of River of Hope, a non-profit organization established in 2010, Jake contributes to sustainable development projects in communities across developing countries. Previous roles include leadership development and talent management positions at BeyondConsulting and SAP Hybris, as well as career coaching at the University of St. Gallen. Jake possesses an MBA from Queen Margaret University and a Bachelor's degree from Hotel Institute Montreux.
