Mark Starinsky

Mark Starinsky, AHFI, CFE, CHC, SA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and data analysis. Currently serving as Sr. Product Manager at Shift Technology since February 2022, Mark previously held roles at General Dynamics Information Technology as Sr. Advisor for Data Analysis and in various managerial and investigative positions, including Director of FWA Products at Cotiviti and multiple roles focused on service delivery and investigations at General Dynamics. Mark's career also includes significant experience at CES, LLC as a Healthcare Investigator and at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, where responsibilities ranged from Criminal Investigator to Senior Auditor. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Florida State University, earned between 1997 and 2003.
