Mike Renda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success management and fraud investigation. Currently serving as the Customer Success Manager of Enterprise Accounts at Shift Technology since October 2020, Mike previously held the role of National Manager-Major Case Program at The Hartford from May 2013 to October 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing a nationwide fraud detection team focused on Workers’ Compensation and other claims. Prior to that, Mike worked at State Farm ® for nearly 19 years in various roles, including Fraud Analyst and Fraud Investigator. Mike Renda holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Kean University.
