Grant Barnhill

Grant Barnhill is the Founder and CEO of Shift Workspaces, a role they have held since 2012. They also founded Barnhill Capital, a real estate investment firm focused on urban neighborhoods in Denver, in 1994. Prior to these ventures, Grant founded and led Boutique Apartments, an art-oriented urban apartment development and management firm, from 2002 to 2014, and worked as a broker at Fuller & Company from 1987 to 1990. They were a partner at Liberty Partners, Denver's first full-service tenant representation brokerage firm, from 1990 to 1995. Grant studied Business Administration at the University of Colorado at Denver and began their education in Film and Television at New York University.
