McCall Perry is the Chief Operating Officer at Shift Workspaces, bringing over a decade of experience in the real estate industry. Before this role, McCall served as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Ecospace Commercial and held various positions at HM Capital Group LLC, including Development Project Manager and Director of Operations. McCall's career began at KPMG, where they managed audit engagements, and further developed skills during an MBA internship at RCH Jones Consulting. McCall holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Richmond, as well as an MBA in Real Estate from the University of Colorado Boulder.
