Don Ritzen

Don Ritzen is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Shift, an organization focused on addressing the climate crisis. Ritzen also holds positions as Founder and Advisor at Rockstart since May 2021 and as Interim Managing Partner of the Energy Fund at We Are Impact Collective. As an Advisory Board Member at Refugees Forward, Ritzen works towards the economic empowerment of refugees. In addition, Ritzen is an Early Stage Investor in multiple startups including Owlin, PastBook, and 3D Hubs, co-leading initial investments in these ventures. With a background in innovation and business development, Ritzen has offered consultancy services through Moonshot Consultancy and has held academic roles at HARBOUR.SPACE. Ritzen holds a Master's degree in International Economics and Business from Utrecht University.
