Melle Krikke is a professional with a strong background in behavioral strategy and community management. Currently serving as a Gedragsstrateeg at Tabula Rasa since April 2025, Melle focuses on the development of behavioral interventions and campaigns to address societal issues through target group research and behavioral science. In addition, Melle has been a Communitymanager at Shift since February 2024, facilitating sustainable living through practical tools and neighborhood programs. Previous experience includes a role as an Assistant-Gedragsonderzoeker at Hogeschool van Amsterdam, supporting research in psychology for sustainable cities, and a position as a Pizzabakker/Shiftleader at Slijs.
