Joseph Barreca

Joseph Barreca is the President of SHIFT44, a data-driven marketing services company specializing in customer acquisition. They began their career in digital marketing as a teenager and founded their first company, Optic Technologies, Inc., in 2006. Joseph has held various roles, including Online Marketing Manager at New Vitality and Director of Client Strategy at Matomy Media Group, before co-founding SHIFT44, which was acquired by Ionik in November 2023. They hold a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from St. Joseph’s University and combine technical expertise with business insights to drive performance in marketing. Outside of work, Joseph is committed to personal growth through activities like Brazilian jiu-jitsu, mountain biking, hiking, and swimming.
