Jeff Vance

Jeff Vance currently serves as Head of Navy | USMC at Shift5, a position held since November 2023, where the focus is on enhancing onboard data ecosystem access for operational and cybersecurity teams. In addition, Vance is a Startup Mentor at Dcode since January 2023, aiding tech companies in navigating federal markets. Previous experience includes a leadership role at Palo Alto Networks managing U.S. Space Force business, and involvement in business development at Expanse. Vance also held key positions at Deloitte, leading strategy and innovation initiatives, and served in the U.S. Army for nearly a decade, where leadership roles encompassed operational management and directing aviation teams. Educational credentials include a Master of Engineering from Penn State University and Stanford Ignite in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Stanford University.
