Mandi Miller

Mandi Miller serves as the Head of Strategic Operations at Shift5 since April 2024, acting as a key support to the CEO and Leadership Team while fostering collaboration across the organization. Previously, Mandi worked at Palantir Technologies from June 2018 to November 2023 in roles including Chief of Staff for Government Affairs and Senior Business Cultivation Representative. Mandi's experience also includes serving as Community Relations Manager at NC State College of Veterinary Medicine from December 2015 to May 2018 and as a Marketing, Communications, and Public Relations Specialist at Duke Raleigh Hospital from July 2011 to November 2015, focusing on stakeholder engagement and public affairs. Early career experience includes a position as Development Assistant/Project Manager at Residential Services Inc. from September 2010 to July 2011. Mandi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations from East Carolina University, earned in May 2010.
