Noel Kan

Noel Kan is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and finance. Currently serving as the Controller at Shift5 since December 2023, Kan previously held similar positions at Simple Things, Interstellar Management Services, Eagle Canyon Capital, Arctic Express / PTS Communications, and Crunchyroll, Inc., where responsibilities included leading accounting operations and preparing accurate financial statements in accordance with US GAAP. As VP of Finance & Accounting at IZ•ON Media, Kan managed comprehensive financial operations and developed processes for improved efficiency and accuracy. Prior experience includes serving as Corporate Controller at Versity Designs, where the focus was on establishing accounting infrastructure for a potential IPO, and roles in lesser capacities at Axys Pharmaceuticals and OnCare Inc., where Kan contributed to both team leadership and the implementation of financial systems. Noel Kan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
