Zach Greenberg

Zach Greenberg currently leads the talent function at Shift5, a startup focused on protecting critical infrastructure through a data observability platform. Since its founding in 2019, Shift5 has raised approximately $185M in funding. Prior to this role, Zach spent six years at Daversa Partners, where they contributed to the growth of the Los Angeles office and partnered with emerging technology startups. Zach is also a Talent Advisor at CIV and is pursuing a B.S. in Marketing with a focus on Supply Chain and a Minor in Labor and Employment Relations at Penn State University.
