Bill Kuczek has diverse work experience in various roles. Bill started their career as an Adjunct Faculty at Oakton Community College in 1998. Later, they worked as a Business Analyst and Customer Service Director at Cenveo and Nashua Corporation, where they managed customer service operations and oversaw ERP integration teams. Bill then joined Payroll & Insurance Group, Inc. as a Business Analyst/Trainer, where they determined business needs and trained end users in a custom product distribution system. After that, they worked at Integrated Merchandising Systems, LLC as a Business Analyst, where they elicited requirements and collaborated with stakeholders to establish business solutions. Bill then joined KPIT as an OCM Architect, coordinating change management activities and assisting in implementing organizational and cultural changes. Currently, they are working at Shift7 Digital as a Lead Business Analyst, gathering and documenting requirements and configuring software. Throughout their career, Bill has developed skills in ERP, system implementation, system integration, and system migration.

Bill Kuczek's education history includes studying Interior Design at the University of Arizona and Computer Aided Design at Pima Community College.

In addition to their formal education, Bill has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in different areas. Bill received the certification of Certified Business Consultant from inRiver PIM in January 2023. In November 2022, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce. In February 2021, Bill achieved the PIM Proficiency certification from Salsify. Prior to that, in June 2017, they obtained the certification of SAP Certified Associate - SAP Hybris Commerce Business Analyst 6.0 from SAP Hybris. The earliest certification they achieved was in June 2015 for Change Management from Prosci.
