Steve Chow

Steve Chow has over 15 years of experience in software quality assurance. Steve started their career in 2004 as a Test Engineer III and Quality Assurance Lead at American Home Mortgage, where they were responsible for organizing performance evaluations, providing training to new testers, and reporting to upper management. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at DealerTrack, where they conducted in-depth testing of applications and processes. At Cline Davis & Mann, they worked as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer from 2010 to 2015. Since 2015, Steve has been working at Shift7 Digital as a Quality Assurance Lead and Automation Engineer Practice Lead. Steve'sroles include leading and coordinating QA efforts, creating and maintaining automation test scripts, and conducting training on automation. Steve has also worked on various client projects, including designing and creating test automation frameworks using Selenium and NUnit in C# and Python.

Steve Chow attended Brooklyn Technical High School from 1995 to 1999, where they studied Computer Science. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, graduating in 2003.

In terms of additional certifications, Steve obtained the "Salsify PIM Proficiency" certification from Salsify in September 2021. Steve also obtained the "Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA)" certification from Salesforce in October 2022. Additionally, Steve obtained the "inRiver" certification from inriver in August 2022.
