Victoria Harper

Victoria Harper is currently the VP of People Ops at Shift7 Digital. Prior to their current role, they were a Resource Manager at 3Pillar Global from December 2009 to October 2014. Prior to their time at 3Pillar Global, Victoria Harper was a Paralegal Intern at Paul Hastings from July 2009 to August 2009 and an Office Manager/Chiropractic Assistant at Anchors Chiropractic from December 2006 to September 2008. Before their time at Anchors Chiropractic, Victoria Harper was a Chiropractic Assistant/Front-desk receptionist at Brantley Chiropractic from September 1995 to December 2006.

Victoria Harper has a paralegal certificate from Georgetown University and a bachelor's degree in English/Writing and Philosophy from Augusta State University. Victoria also has certification from LinkedIn in bystander training, confronting bias, and unconscious bias. In addition, they are SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certified from SHRM.
