Frédéric van de Calseyde

Frédéric Van de Calseyde has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles. Frédéric is currently the Head of Growth at Shiftbase, a software tool for employee planning. Prior to this, they served as the Co-Founder of WorkCrib, a company offering workspace options. Frédéric also worked as the Commercial Director at BaxterStorey and Vitam. Frédéric has also held positions as the Director of Operations at Compass Group and Shurgard Self Storage. Frédéric has experience in the food and hospitality industry, having founded a restaurant in the past. Frédéric holds a role as a Student Mentor at Utrecht University of Applied Sciences. Frédéric brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their work in strategic partnerships and executive partnerships.

Frédéric Van de Calseyde has a diverse educational background. Frédéric studied Business/Commerce at the University of Amsterdam and pursued General Management, Business, Strategy, Finance, and Operations at Inholland University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, they completed a program in Hospitality Administration, Business & General Management at De Rooi Pannen.
