Jasper Klos has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Jasper started their career at Shapeways, where they completed a six-month internship focused on lean process improvement in the selective laser sintering production cell. Jasper analyzed waste in the post-production process chain and implemented a redesigned sorting station.

After completing their internship, Jasper joined Shapeways again for a graduation project. Here, they analyzed their B2B customer order intake process and developed improvement suggestions to enhance customer retention and streamline the onboarding process.

In 2019, Jasper moved to Eagle Eye Networks, where they worked as an Inside Sales Representative and Market Development Representative for the DACH region. Jasper played a key role in sales and business development activities.

Currently, Jasper is working at Shiftbase as a Senior Operations Lead. Prior to this role, they served as the Team Lead Sales & Support DACH and Account Manager Germany. In their position, Jasper is responsible for leading and managing operations, demonstrating their expertise in sales and support.

Jasper Klos completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in International Business at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences between 2014 and 2019. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as Cloud VMS Technical and Sales Certification from Eagle Eye Networks in 2019 and 2020 respectively, as well as a Sales Management certification from HubSpot Academy in April 2022.
