Kars Frijters

Kars Frijters is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software development and architecture. As the CTO and Founder of Shiftbase since January 2011, Kars has been instrumental in shaping the company's technological direction. Previously held positions include Software Architect at both a friend of mine (October 2013 - March 2015) and HotelSpecials.nl (2010 - September 2013), along with roles as a Web Developer and Drupal Developer at MindNet B.V. from January 2006 to January 2010. Kars also contributed to youth coaching at Frijters Mind Tuning B.V. and worked as a Web Developer at the same company. Kars holds a degree in Psychology from the Open University, obtained in 2005.
