Eric Seeder has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Eric started their career in 2002 as an Educational Assistant and Computer & Networking Technician at Chehalis School District, where they assisted with technology installation, managed computer donation programs, and contributed to the district's transition to Mac OS X. In 2005, they joined Residential Technology Services as a Staff IT Consultant, providing consulting services until 2008. Eric then worked as a Camp Director at Skyhawks Sports Academy and as a Sales Consultant at Frontier Ford for brief periods in 2008. In 2009, they worked as an Enumerator for the United States Census Bureau, collecting information for the 2010 Census. In 2010, they took on the role of an IT Desktop Support at Olympia Orthopedic Associates for a few months. From 2010 to 2012, Eric served as an Assistant & Head Coach for the Chinqually Booters Soccer Club. In 2011, they became an Account Manager at Shiftboard, later transitioning to a Senior Technical Product Specialist role until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Solutions/Sales Engineer at Shiftboard, and since 2018, they have been serving as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager/Solution Engineer at the same company.

Eric Seeder attended Centralia Community College from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in History. From 2005 to 2008, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science at Western Washington University.
