Jenny Bowen

Jenny Bowen has a diverse work experience in various roles and responsibilities. Jenny is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Shiftboard since November 2022. Previously, they worked at Evia Events, starting in June 2020, where they held multiple roles. As a Visual Designer & Content Manager, they partnered with Client Solutions Managers to ensure a seamless client experience. Jenny also visually designed all virtual event sites and ensured proper branding. Later, they became a Client Experience Manager and played a crucial role in driving customer retention and satisfaction by mapping the customer journey and identifying opportunities for improvement. Additionally, they served as a Product Operations Manager, leading product development for a virtual event platform and managing partner workflow integrations. Before that, Jenny worked at RR Donnelley from 2016 to 2020. Jenny served as a Creative Production - Operations Supervisor, leading a team of 26 professionals specializing in graphic packaging projects for international clients. Jenny was also responsible for ISO9001:2015 certification. Prior to that, they worked at Iridio, an RR Donnelley Company, where they were a Creative Production Lead, overseeing all production projects and implementing procedures and workflows. Jenny also worked as a Graphic Designer, creating designs for various clients, including Microsoft and Dell.

Jenny Bowen obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: "Foundations of Project Management" from Coursera in June 2023, "Asana Ambassador" from Asana in July 2022, "Certificate of Completion in Responding to Conflict" from the American Management Association in July 2016, "SchedulePRO Certification" from Shiftboard in March 2023, and "ISO9001:2015 Site Certification" from ISO - International Organization for Standardization in April 2015.
