Wayne Lloyd, CFA, is an accomplished finance professional with significant leadership experience in the technology sector. As Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of NFT Technologies since January 2021, Wayne has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's vision. In addition, Wayne serves as the Chief Executive Officer of ShiftCarbon (CSE:TSF) since January 2018 and as the Founder of Consensus Core since November 2017. Wayne also contributes to Airbeam Wireless as a member of the Board of Directors, a position held since March 2019.
