Ruben Langmo's work experience is as follows:

- From 2021 to the present, they are currently working at Shifter.no, initially as the Abonnementansvarlig for Shifter+ from October 2021 to October 2022, and then transitioning into a marketing role from October 2022 onwards.

- From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Loyalty AS in the customer service and sales department.

- In 2015, they worked as a Lærervikar at Pedagogisk VikarSentral AS.

- From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Fotball- og allidretttrener at Vestre Aker SK.

- In 2011, they started their career as a Resepsjonist at Holmenkollen Fitness, where they worked until May 2012.

Ruben Langmo attended BI Norwegian Business School from 2017 to 2022. During this time, they pursued a degree in Økonomi og ledelse, Siviløkonom.
