Collin Pfender has a diverse work experience in the field of UX/UI design and research. Collin started their career as an ESL Instructor in China, where they created and implemented English lessons for young learners. After that, they worked as a UX Creative & Digital Intern at VOX Global, where they designed mobile-first websites for clients and focused on user engagement and directing user flow. Collin then joined Palonis Group as a Design Branding professional, where they designed and developed the company's logo after conducting UX storytelling and requirements gathering. Collin also worked as a UX Design Instructor at Indiana University Bloomington, where they mentored and taught various design methods and facilitated design team activities. Collin then joined rentLoop as a UX Designer before moving on to TalentGuard, where they worked as a UX/UI Designer and later as a Senior UX/UI Designer and Interim Product Manager.
