Jacek Tyrakowski

Jacek Tyrakowski has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Jacek is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at shiftkey since May 2023, where they previously held the position of Senior Engineering Manager from March 2022. Prior to shiftkey, they worked at Volvo Group for a significant duration, starting as a Service Desk Specialist at Euro Bank S.A. in May 2007. Jacek later joined ING Bank Śląski as a Sales Manager in November 2007. In 2010, they founded PROF IT and served as the CEO until June 2010. Following that, they joined Volvo Group and held various positions including Software Administrator/Developer, IT Service Delivery Coordinator, Solution Leader, and Delivery Manager.

Jacek Tyrakowski received their Master's degree in Computer Science and Management from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology from 2002 to 2007. Jacek also has additional certifications including an ITIL Foundation Certificate from EXIN in 2013, a CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) from CISCO in 2007, a certification in Managing and Maintaining Microsoft Windows Server 2003 from Microsoft in 2006, and an FCE (First Certificate in English) from the University of Cambridge in 2001.
