Regan Parker

Regan Parker has a diverse work experience spanning various legal and leadership roles. Since September 2023, they have been serving as the Chief Legal & Public Affairs Officer at ShiftKey. Prior to that, Regan held positions such as General Counsel and Chief Public Affairs Officer at ShiftKey starting from August 2022, and General Counsel at ShiftKey starting from October 2021.

Previously, Regan worked as a Lawyer in a Private Solo Practice from May 2013 to September 2022. Their responsibilities included advising companies on gig worker classification, disputes, litigation, and overall risk mitigation. Regan provided practical legal advice to facilitate business decisions.

From July 2018 to October 2020, Regan served as the Head of Legal Compliance and Policy at Deliv. Before that, they were the Vice President of Legal at SupportSpace, Ltd. from August 2011 to October 2013, overseeing various legal matters including corporate, litigation, licensing, employment, and intellectual property. Additionally, they held the role of Senior Director of Legal at SupportSpace, Ltd. from August 2011 to August 2012.

Regan's career also includes being the Treasurer at LiveOps PAC from 2009 to July 2011 and working as the Director of Workforce Innovation and Community Engagement, Corporate Counsel at LiveOps, Inc. from 2006 to July 2011.

Regan Parker received a J.D. degree in Law from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. They are also licensed to practice in California, Oregon, and Washington by the State Bar of California.
