Carma Khatib is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in healthcare and innovation. Currently serving as the Product Manager for Healthcare Facility Experience at ShiftMed since May 2022, Khatib previously led the product management of Delaware's Covid-19 contact tracing system at Enovational, positively impacting over 300,000 individuals. As a co-founder of Innovation 4.0, Khatib distributed a curated leadership and innovation curriculum to over 30 cities. Additional roles include product management at ONEVIM, where Khatib optimized features for same-hour delivery, and as a strategy and product manager at ATMOS, driving product development from inception to launch.
