Idonna Cook

Idonna (Hoi) Cook, CSPO/CSM, currently serves as a Product Manager at ShiftMed since April 2023. Previously, Idonna held roles at UnitedHealth Group from October 2019 to April 2023, including Product Owner/SME at Optum - Vivify Health, where responsibilities included serving as a liaison between Development and Product Management and acting as a Subject Matter Expert for Mobile solutions. Earlier experience includes various product roles at Axxess from June 2018 to October 2019, where Idonna managed feature releases for AxxessCARE and mobile platforms, and served as company lead for electronic visit verification processes. Idonna's professional background also spans consulting at Protiviti, managerial positions at Omnicare Physician Providers and Choice Plus Home Health, and the role of Director of Ancillaries at Remington Medical Resort.
