Laura Kell

Laura Kell is an experienced contract administrator currently working at ShiftMed since February 2023. Previously, Laura served as a Contract Coordinator/Lead Analyst at Electrolux, where responsibilities included analyzing over 100 contracts and managing $115 million in multifamily projects annually, along with developing a Standard Operating Procedure for contract execution. Earlier roles featured significant experience in property management across various companies, including Childress Klein Properties, Prologis Trust, Ackerman & Co, and Heitman Florida Management, with an emphasis on operations management. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
