Megan Murphy

Megan Murphy currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Growth at ShiftMed, managing a $200M+ P&L and achieving over $25M in new revenue potential within the first year through enterprise vertical expansion. Prior to this role, Megan was the Vice President of Client Success at CareerStaff Unlimited, overseeing a $150M+ portfolio and directing a team of 50+ across multiple verticals. Earlier experience includes serving as a Regional Director and Senior Manager at the same company, and a pharmaceutical recruiter at PharmaFORCE. Megan holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Psychology from the University of Georgia.
