Suzanne Fladell

Suzanne Fladell, LPN, is a licensed practical nurse currently serving as a floor nurse at Riverwood Center since June 2023 and working prn with ShiftMed since November 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Clinical Liaison at Home Care for the 21st Century, where responsibilities involved marketing and serving as a liaison for private care in Duval and surrounding counties, and as Home Health Coordinator at Trilogy Home Health Care, coordinating services between patients, physicians, and caregivers. Suzanne also held a position as Clinical Liaison/Director of Admissions at Cross Senior Care and previously worked as an artist specializing in stained and kiln-formed glass. Educational qualifications include a Practical Nursing degree from Thomasville Technical Institute and an Associate of Arts degree from Tallahassee Community College.
