Julia Pardo currently serves as Team Lead Customer Success at Shiftmove, having joined the company in January 2025. Previously, Julia was Head of Operations & Solutions at Autobahn Security from February 2022 to January 2025, where significant achievements included improving lead-to-cash conversion by 20% and reducing SaaS costs by 50%. Julia has also held roles as Account Manager at Job&Talent and Head of Customer Success at AKTEK, demonstrating strong leadership and process optimization skills. Additional experience includes founding Ignite Barcelona, curating the Global Shapers Community in Barcelona, and consulting for PwC España.
