Rogier van der Kaaden

Rogier Van Der Kaaden is an accomplished sales and transformation professional with extensive experience spanning multiple roles in various organizations. Currently serving as Sales Excellence Manager at Shiftmove since October 2023, Rogier previously held similar positions at Vimcar and led sales development efforts. Before that, Rogier was Group Head of Demand Generation and Account Executive for EMEA at Proemion. A long tenure at IBM, from October 1998 to December 2019, included key roles such as Agile Coach, Managing Consultant, and Project Manager, among others. Rogier holds a degree from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
