Imelda Schmid

Imelda Schmid is a Systems Analyst with extensive experience in gathering, analyzing, and defining business and functional requirements. Currently serving as Implementation Manager and previously as Implementation Specialist at ShiftWizard since June 2018, Imelda has developed expertise in creating data reports, trend charts, and other decision-making tools. Prior to this role, Imelda worked at Baylor Scott & White Health, first as Application Analyst from January 2007 to September 2017 and then as Peoplesoft Analyst from September 2017 to June 2018. Imelda's career began in the US Army, where Imelda served as a CBRN Specialist from August 2003 to November 2006, followed by a role as Customer Care Coordinator.
