The Shikari Group specializes in customized solutions to executive and professional search. We find the best match for the role you need to fill, exceeding your expectations not only for the successful candidate's qualifications but also for the way he or she fits into your organization's unique corporate culture. This is what our strength is.

Our promise to clients: We are a boutique service. We are not all things to all people. We are a generalist firm and in each search assignment we take full responsibility for its outcome. We provide appropriate guarantees to the client. Because we are small and restrict our number of searches, we are not blocked from many companies in any one industry because of prior client relationships. We are free to contact the best and brightest.

Our promise to candidates: Shikari Group has helped many executives and professionals identify and capture new career opportunities. Candidates who work with us at this level are typically not looking for "another job". They are looking for new challenges in which to develop and apply their considerable skills and talents. We focus on what the candidate is both passionate about and excellent at doing. We identify what it takes to assess each opportunity and position them optimally to stand out from others wanting the same opportunity. Finally, we are prepared to guide a client during the first few months in a new opportunity to maximize the client's initial success.
