Todd Yoder

Todd Yoder is currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Shimmick Corporation since April 2025. Prior to this role, Todd held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Shikun & Binui USA from 2023 to April 2025. Todd's extensive experience includes over a decade as a Corporate Finance Executive at Fluor Corporation from 2011 to September 2023 and similar roles at Elevance Health and Zimmer Biomet. Additionally, Todd has contributed to the North Texas Food Bank and the Women's Business Council - Southwest as a board director, focusing on governance and finance. Todd holds an MBA with a specialization in Business from the University of Notre Dame and additional MBA degrees in Accounting Finance Management from Harvard Business School and the University of Notre Dame, along with a BS in Business from Goshen College.
