starting our journey by reviving one of the world's oldest functional beverage, kombucha (a sparkling fermented tea)!

we brew 100% real wholesome kombucha with love, magic and no BS that brings back the joy of bubbly, without any guilt, anytime, anywhere, for everyone!

shimmmi kombucha is all about better bubbles for body, mind and spirit. inspired from californian brewing styles, our brews are lighter, less sour, naturally fizzier, complex-yet-subtle and infused & long fermented with deep curated shimmmix of herbs, spices and botanicals, with just less than 1g sugar (per 100ml) & super low calories!
