Henry Wilde

Henry Wilde is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Acelero Learning and the Chief Executive Officer of Shine Early Learning, overseeing a network of Head Start programs serving 35,000+ children. They co-founded Acelero Learning (2001–2007) and lead it as Co-Founder and CEO since 2015, while also serving as Shine Early Learning's CEO (2015–Present). They previously served as Deputy Secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (2008–2011) and held roles at the Children's Defense Fund (Special Assistant to the President, 1997–1998) and Monitor Group (Consultant, 1998–2000). They earned a BA in African American Studies from Harvard University (1993–1997) and an MBA in Social Enterprise from Harvard Business School (2002–2004).
