Nerissa Rivera, PHR, has a robust background in human resources, currently serving as a Recruiter at Shine Early Learning since April 2015. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Acelero Learning Camden/Philadelphia, Inc., where as Director of Human Resources, Nerissa managed talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations. A solid foundation in HR operations was built at Pokémon USA, Inc., as a Senior Human Resources Associate, and earlier roles at The Palm Springs Riviera Resort & Racquet Club and NORTH CAROLINA CENTERS OF INNOVATION further diversified Nerissa's expertise.
