Caitlin Hender

Caitlin Hender has been working in the professional world since 2017. In that time, they have held several positions in a variety of industries. In 2017, they were a Hospitality Supervisor at Ala Spicery. In 2019, they held two jobs simultaneously, working as a Retail Assistant at Savers Health Home & Beauty and a Warehouse Operator at Logistics North East Ltd. In 2021, they began working as a Pre Screen Advisor/ Interviewer at The CastleView Group. Currently, they are a Sales Development Representative at Shine Interview. In this role, they are responsible for hiring managers and recruitment leaders who have adopted the company's SaaS video recruitment platform to improve engagement with candidates and clients.
