David Copple

David Copple is the CEO of Shine Interview, a company that provides online assessment solutions to corporate and education clients. David has over fifteen years of experience in the software industry, including roles as a software engineer, application developer, and director.

David Copple began their career as a software engineer at Communicator in 2006. David then moved to Star Tek as an application developer in 2004. In 2005, they joined 2Touch Acxiom as an application developer. David left 2Touch Acxiom in 2006 to join The Test Factory as the Director and CTO. David was with The Test Factory until it was acquired by GL Education in 2014. David Copple then became the CEO of Shine Interview.

David Copple's educational career consists of a BSc in Software Engineering from Durham University, as well as various certifications from the APM Group, Microsoft, Durham University Business School, and CCPR.
