Ben Pratt

Ben Pratt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ben currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at SHINE Technologies since 2022. Prior to this, they have held various roles at Koch Industries, starting from the position of CIO at Koch Supply & Trading in 1995. Ben then progressed to become the SVP - Market-Based Management, providing leadership and consulting services globally. Ben also held the role of Director, Market Based Management and SVP - MBM at Georgia Pacific. In addition, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at i360 from 2009 to 2012. Before their time at Koch Industries, they worked at Salomon Brothers as the Phibro Division Director, Distributed Computing, and at IBM as a Staff Scientist in the field of High Performance Computing and Communications.

Ben Pratt completed their high school education at North Yarmouth Academy from 1975 to 1980, obtaining a High School Diploma. Ben then attended the University of Utah from 1980 to 1986, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Philosophy and additional studies in Chemistry, Math, and Computer Science. In terms of additional certifications, Ben Pratt obtained the Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci in March 2014. It is also noted that they have studied Finance, Accounting, Leadership, E-Commerce, and Economics at The Wharton School, although no specific dates or degree information are provided for this experience.
