David Bailey

David Bailey has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. David is currently the HR Director of European Projects at SHINE Technologies since February 2023. Prior to this, they owned their own HR consulting firm, Bailey Human Capital Consulting, LLC, where they provided full-service HR consulting for small to mid-sized organizations.
