Eli Moll

Eli Moll has extensive experience in nuclear engineering and research and development. They began their career at the University of Wisconsin-Madison as a Nuclear Regulatory Commission Fellow, where they developed radiation transport modeling software. They later joined Phoenix, LLC as a Nuclear Engineer, where they designed systems for non-destructive testing and developed neutron sources. They then became the Nuclear Engineering Team Lead, working on neutron transport accuracy and analysis of nuclear fuel rods. In 2021, Eli Moll joined SHINE Technologies as the Vice President of Research and Development, overseeing a team of scientists and engineers specializing in nuclear engineering and supporting various divisions within the company with R&D projects.
