Tyler Phillips

Tyler Phillips is an IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and project management. Currently serving as the IT Support Lead at SHINE Technologies since September 2020, Tyler facilitates communication between the IT department and other company sectors to ensure timely project completion and assists with project management tasks. Prior to this role, Tyler built help desk operations at both SHINE Technologies and siffron, creating procedures and documentation to enhance efficiency. Tyler's background also includes positions as a Field Technician at Premier Technologies US, NOC Technician at INOC, LLC, and earlier roles in customer service and military service. Tyler holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology Network Specialist from Blackhawk Technical College.
