Shine Core Values

☀️Acceptance. We value all family structures and cultures as equal, and have an attitude of acceptance & support towards all families we serve.
☀️Guidance. We are here to provide information & guide families to the next best steps for their child to improve skills. Families, therapists, office staff, doctors….we are all team members in the therapy process.
☀️Supporting the Parent-Child Relationship. We value the parent-child relationship above skill improvement, and model/coach Positive Behavior Management strategies to preserve & strengthen that relationship.
☀️Communication. We are responsive & caring in our communication, and value sharing all available information with parents. We are dedicated to being transparent in everything from our billing process to providing parents with information relating to their child’s therapy & diagnosis.
☀️Investing in staff. We value dedication & have a long term commitment to our employees. We encourage self improvement, professional development/training and a variety of leadership activities to build our skills.
☀️Passion. We love encouraging our employees to follow their passion, and grow Shine in directions to support them.
