Laura Sanchez is a Global Operations and Business Development Executive with an exceptional record of delivering and establishing controls and structure for rapidly expanding, unorganized businesses while maintaining aggressive growth. She has provided P&L management, strategic planning and efficient execution for multiple projects with sales up to $2.7 billion. Laura has started up new R&D departments supporting long-term product development strategy and she is recognized as a forward thinking executive.

Laura has over 15 years in sales and operations leadership with a focus on cross-functional balance. She has an exceptional understanding of all stages of real estate development, consumer electronic development processes and markets. She has driven significant investments in new production methods (supplemented with contract manufacturing) and IT/internal systems. Laura has an acute ability to developed support from local governments, industry leaders, businesses and communities, internal staff, vendors, suppliers, crews and clients, transforming selling strategy from transactional to consultative. Laura’s expertise extend globally, she has negotiated terms and established full compliance for supply chain in Asia, she has extensive international market travel and has been a key player in start up sales/distribution and infrastructure in Latin America.

She is fluent in both English and Spanish and currently resides in Colorado.
