志强 丁 began their career in 2000 as a Human Resources Specialist at China Railway Construction Corporation. In 2006, they moved to Lenovo as a Human Resources Manager (HR Partner). In 2009, they became the Human Resources Director at ERP- BU at China Ufida Software Company Limted. In 2013, they were appointed Human Resources Director at Beijing Hui Yuan network technology Co., Ltd. and in 2014, they were promoted to Vice President at Shinezone Network Technology Co. Ltd.

志强 丁 received a Bachelor's degree in economics from Northern Jiaotong University from 1996 to 2000, and then a Master's degree in Labor Economics from Beijing Jiaotong University from 2003 to 2006.
