At Shining Steps ABA, we believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to thrive, grow, and shine in their own unique way. We provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and young adults across St. Louis and surrounding suburbs, delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that meets each client where they are.

Our mission is to empower neurodiverse individuals by helping them develop essential skills, foster independence, and improve quality of life — both for the client and their family. We specialize in customized ABA programs that support a wide range of developmental goals, including communication, social interaction, behavior regulation, and daily living skills.

What sets us apart is our personalized approach. We take the time to understand each child’s strengths, challenges, and family dynamics. Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) work closely with families to design and implement treatment plans that are meaningful, measurable, and flexible. Our therapists are trained not just in data-driven methods, but in building real, trusting relationships.

Whether your child is just starting out or transitioning through new stages, we walk with you — step by step — offering support, structure, and hope. Our goal is not just to teach skills, but to unlock potential and celebrate progress, big and small.

At Shining Steps ABA, we’re proud to be part of the journey. Because every step forward, no matter how small, is a step toward a brighter future.
