Shinka Consulting is a company oriented to support and develop companies Owner's and directors management skills. Our approach considers the owners and directors of companies as executors and leaders of organizations that seek to transcend their business scope, taking into account the business and managerial challenges that they must face, such us:
- Business environment (Political, social & economical)
- Dynamics of the life stages of Shareholders and Key Executives
- Need to develop management teams, aligned with the vision of the Directorate, to ensure the sustainability of the company.
- High concentration of the operational decision and the availability of information in a few people that limits the analysis of opportunities and risks for the medium and long term.
- Absence of formal governance and procedures for making strategic decisions (business opportunities, crisis management, HHRR development, etc.).
- Search to harmonize the interests and objectives of the company (profitability, growth, resource management, etc.) with the personal aspirations of the Management (achievements, family, recognition, social responsibility, etc.).

Under these premises we have developed a service concept tailored to each client aimed at satisfying the requirements that each business and organization requires. Our portfolio of services focuses on the Shareholders and Executives of the Company's Management.
